1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PokeMiner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

PokeMiner is a platform for tracking Pokemon TCG card prices, managing card collections, and accessing market data. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature access.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or tier restrictions

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Data and Accuracy

Price data, market analysis, and card information are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. The Service should not be used as the sole basis for buying, selling, or valuing Pokemon cards. We are not responsible for financial decisions made using our data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, features, and original content are owned by PokeMiner. Pokemon card images and names are the property of The Pokemon Company and Nintendo. Our use of card data is for informational and reference purposes.

Data aggregated and analyzed by PokeMiner (including price histories, market trends, and derived analytics) is our proprietary content. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute this data without written permission.

8. Privacy

We collect your email address, username, and account activity to provide the Service. If you subscribe to Premium, payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. We may send transactional emails related to your account and subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PokeMiner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
